About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through vszn.uk. Placing an order means you accept them, so it is worth reading them once. Nothing here removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Trading details. Vszn trades from the United Kingdom and can be reached at admin@vszn.uk. Our full trading name and registered address are being added to this page; until then, email us and we will supply them in writing on request.

Orders

Adding an item to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you an email confirming the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot take payment, and in that case any money taken is refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Where an item is reduced, the higher figure shown alongside it is the price the item was previously sold at. Discounts are applied in the shop, so the price on the product page is the price at the basket. Delivery costs, if any apply, are shown before you pay and never after.

We take reasonable care to price everything correctly. If an obvious error slips through, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. The basket shows the delivery option and the expected timeframe for your address before payment, and that figure is the one to rely on because it reflects the service actually available. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product descriptions

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and a measurement given on a product page is the reliable guide rather than the photograph. Where a category on this site says it has no stock, that is accurate at the time of writing.

Intellectual property

The Vszn name, the wordmark, and the text and photography on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping the password to yourself and for what happens under it. Tell us at admin@vszn.uk if you think someone else has access.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
