Why the base layer is the hardest piece to get right

A t-shirt is the piece that gets worn most, washed most and judged fastest. It is also the easiest thing in any range to do badly, because a thin shirt costs very little to make and looks acceptable for about a month. The neckband is where it shows first: once that has stretched, the shirt is finished no matter how good the rest of it is.

The second thing is weight. A heavier cotton hangs away from the body instead of clinging, which is the difference between a shirt that looks considered and one that looks like underwear. It also means it is not see through, which matters more in white than most people expect.

What to wear in the meantime

The Vszn tracksuits work with whatever plain shirt you already own, and that is genuinely the honest answer right now. The tracksuit top over a shirt you like is a better outfit than a shirt bought only because it was on the same site.

What will land here

When shirts arrive they will be built to the same brief as the rest of the range: heavier fabric, a neckband that holds, small tonal branding rather than a large print, and colours that sit with the sets already in the shop. That last point is the reason the palette across the site is kept narrow.

Discounts and delivery

Everything in the shop carries a real reduction, between thirty two and thirty eight per cent off at the moment, already applied at the price shown. Shipping is free within the UK on every order size.

Common questions

When will t-shirts be in stock?

There is no date to give you, and a made up one would be worse than none. Email admin@vszn.uk and we will tell you when it is close.

Will they be sold in packs?

That has not been decided. Shirts are the one category where buying a few at once genuinely makes sense, since they wear out together.

Can I be told when they arrive?

Yes. Send a note to admin@vszn.uk and it goes on the list.
