To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where your tracking number comes from

When your parcel leaves us you get a dispatch email containing the tracking number and a link to the carrier. That email is sent to the address used on the order, so if it has not arrived the first place to look is your spam folder, then any filtered or promotions tab.

Trading details. Vszn trades from the United Kingdom and can be reached at admin@vszn.uk. Our full trading name and registered address are being added to this page; until then, email us and we will supply them in writing on request.

If you have an account

Sign in and open your account. Every order is listed there with its current status, which is the quickest way to check without waiting for an email. If you checked out as a guest there is no account to sign into, and the dispatch email is the record.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing. Payment has gone through and the order is being picked and packed. There is no tracking number at this stage because the parcel does not exist yet.
  • Dispatched. The parcel has left us and the tracking number is live. It can take a few hours for the carrier’s site to show anything.
  • In transit. Moving through the carrier’s network. Long gaps between scans are normal, particularly over a weekend.
  • Out for delivery. On a van, due that day.
  • Delivered. Signed for or left in the agreed place. The tracking page usually names who took it or where it was left.

Tracking has not updated for several days

This is the most common thing people write in about, and it usually resolves on its own. Parcels are scanned at handover points rather than continuously, so two or three days without movement is not by itself a sign that anything is wrong. If nothing has changed after five working days, email admin@vszn.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier from our side.

Marked delivered but nothing arrived

Check any safe place you have nominated with the carrier and ask immediate neighbours, since a parcel is often left next door and the card missed. If it still has not turned up 24 hours after the delivery scan, get in touch and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Do this within a reasonable time, because carriers apply their own deadline for claims.

Wrong address on the order

Tell us as soon as you notice. Before the parcel is dispatched we can usually change it. Once it has gone, the address is with the carrier and the parcel has to complete its journey or be returned to us before anything can be redone.

Still stuck

Email admin@vszn.uk with your order number and what the tracking last showed. Our Contact Us page has the same address and explains what to include so it can be dealt with in one reply.
